Door Lock Error

Code	Issue
E01	Door lock error — the door does not lock properly. UBL mechanism, hinge, or board issue.

Do not force the door closed — this will worsen the problem.

Water Inlet Errors

Code	Issue
E02	Water inlet error — insufficient water intake.
E04	Overflow error — too much water has accumulated in the drum.

E04 is an emergency. Immediately turn off the machine and close the water tap. Call us.

Drainage Error

E03	Drain error — water is not pumped out within the set time.
